We are Stacey and Stephen Wilson, agents with Samson Properties. We help people buy and sell homes, we manage rentals through SW Property Management, and we own Monarch Bay Renovations, which fixes and renovates them.

Stacey runs SW Property Management, which manages rental homes for owners. She works with landlords and tenants on the rental side, and with buyers and sellers on the sales side.
She has been licensed as a Maryland real estate salesperson since 2023.

Stephen Wilson
Stephen grew up in Maryland and has spent his career between two worlds: technology and houses. He spent more than ten years running a healthcare technology company, earned an MBA and a master's in computer science at the University of Maryland, College Park, and all the while kept buying, fixing and renting out homes.
That side of his life became Monarch Bay Renovations, a licensed general contractor (MHIC #149066) with its own crews. When you walk a house with Stephen, you get a contractor's read on it: what the furnace has left, whether that crack matters, what a kitchen really costs in Howard County versus Charles County.
For sellers that means pricing and prep advice grounded in real repair costs. For buyers and investors it means knowing what you are buying before you are under contract.

Straight answers
If your price is too high, or the house you love has a foundation problem, we say so. Early.

The people you meet are the people who do the work. No hand-offs to a stranger after the listing is signed.

We are licensed with Samson Properties. Every sale and lease we handle as agents goes through the brokerage, which holds our licenses and supervises our transactions.
